Friday, December 3, 2010 - 6 miles @ 6:30 pace. Since I have a 9 mile workout on the treadmill tomorrow Barry suggested I get on the treadmill for this run. So I did, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I ran a little under 6:30 pace, about 6:28 pace (38:48) for the entire run. I ran three miles on the treadmill on Wednesday and that kind of sucked, but I felt better running on the treadmill today and got in to a good rhythm after awhile, having Family Guy on the IPod helped too, lol. Got a light session of weights in after the run which included doing back, calves, arm swings with free weights (for running form) and abs.
