AM - 4 miles @ 6:30 mile pace. It was brutally cold out when I ran at 8:45am. Having to to deal with below zero windchill and black ice on the roads it was hard to run that 6:30 pace even for 4 miles. I decided to run the final 5 miles on the treadmill in the afternoon.
PM - 2 miles @ 6:30 mile pace and then 3 miles @ 6:20 mile pace. As I said this was done on the treadmill and went much better. I had my music keeping me jacked up for the 5 miles and then run felt really enjoyable. After the run I did drills and got full-body weight workout. Abs as well.
9 mile total for the day. Talk to you tomorrow.
