Wednesday, December 22, 2010 -
AM - 4 miles @ 6:30 mile pace. I took this run easy to start as I was feeling a bit fatigued from yesterday's workout. I ran about 6:40 pace for the run (26:40). I did this run on the treadmill.
PM - 4 miles @ 6:30 mile pace and drills. I was feeling better for this run after getting the junk out of my legs during the AM run. I did this run outside and it was pretty warm, about 35 degrees. Got my drills in and always seem to feel better when I do them. It's like I know I am getting more efficient with my running.
Tomorrow I have a fartlek workout on the track, talk to you tomorrow!
